Jililo Terms and Conditions
– Know Before You Play

Welcome to jililo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jililo ("jililo," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of jililo.best and all related services.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet on jililo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use jililo's services.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

To register and use jililo, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine law for online gaming and casino activities.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are physically located in the Philippines at the time of access.
• You are not a current employee of jililo or any of its partners, affiliates, service providers, game suppliers, or related entities.
• You do not hold any position — paid or unpaid — that could create a conflict of interest with jililo's operations.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not accessing jililo from a jurisdiction where online betting or casino activities are prohibited by local law.
• You have not previously had a jililo account permanently suspended or closed for rule violations.

Jililo reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) jililo account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, different names, using different contact details, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Your registered mobile number will be used for account security, withdrawal verification, and communication purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your jililo login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify jililo immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Account Verification

Jililo may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at the time of registration, at the first withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary. Verification may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

Keeping Your Information Updated

You are responsible for ensuring your jililo account information remains accurate and up to date. Jililo is not liable for issues arising from outdated contact details or incorrect registration information provided by the player.

All financial transactions on jililo are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). Jililo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following local payment channels:

• GCash and Maya (PayMaya) — e-wallet transfers
• GrabPay and Coins.ph — e-wallet transfers
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other Philippine banks via InstaPay or PESONet
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine banks

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification.
• GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your jililo wallet instantly in most cases.
• Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to reflect depending on the sending bank's processing time.
• Jililo does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method held in your own name.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process in as fast as 5 minutes from the time the request is approved.
• Bank transfers process within 24 hours on business days. Processing may be slower on weekends or public holidays.
• Jililo does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge a receiving fee.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks. Jililo may request documentation before releasing funds for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Players must not have active bonus wagering requirements pending before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-related funds.

All sports betting markets on jililo are subject to the following general rules. Specific sport rules and market-level rules may be published separately and take precedence over these general provisions for the relevant event.

General Betting Rules

• All bets placed on jililo are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after submission unless a market is suspended or an obvious error is identified.
• Jililo reserves the right to void or settle bets in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules, particularly in cases of abandoned events, postponements, or exceptional circumstances.
• Minimum bet: ₱10 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods during significant match events. Bets submitted during a suspended market will not be accepted.
• If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed on jililo and a bet is placed at those incorrect odds, jililo reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's wallet.

Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets combining multiple selections are permitted on jililo. All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. If one selection is void, the accumulator is recalculated as if that selection was not included. Jililo reserves the right to limit accumulator payouts on any event.

Results and Settlements

Bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant sporting body. Jililo's decision on settlement is final unless a formal dispute is raised within 30 days of settlement. In the event of a score correction by a governing body after initial settlement, jililo may re-settle affected bets at its discretion.

Jililo's online casino — including all live dealer games, slots, table games, and jackpot titles — operates under the following rules.

• All casino games on jililo are provided by licensed, independently audited game providers. Published RTP figures are accurate and reflect the certified game mathematics.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for non-live games. Live dealer outcomes are determined in real time by physical dealing under controlled studio conditions.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including disconnection or server errors — jililo's system will record the last confirmed state of the game. Any bet that was placed and accepted before a technical failure will be settled based on the last confirmed outcome. Bets not yet confirmed at the time of failure will be voided and returned.
• Jililo reserves the right to void any casino bet where a malfunction has demonstrably affected the game outcome or where a game bug has been exploited by a player.
• Progressive jackpot prizes won on jililo are paid as a single lump sum in Philippine Pesos. Large jackpot payouts may be subject to verification before release.

Jililo offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional rewards to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited to your jililo account in bonus balance form. Bonus balance and real money balance are kept separate. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real money.
• Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through hedging, arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account play will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• Jililo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled, any unmet wagering requirements will be cleared and the bonus balance removed.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted.

VIP Club Rewards

VIP Club points and tier benefits are governed by the VIP Club terms published on the VIP Club page. VIP status is subject to ongoing review. Jililo reserves the right to adjust a player's VIP tier if activity levels do not meet the requirements for that tier over a given period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jililo. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension and may be subject to legal action.

• Match fixing and collusion: Placing bets on events where you have information about or involvement in the manipulation of the outcome.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences between markets or across platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonuses and promotions.
• Money laundering: Using jililo for the purpose of depositing, processing, or withdrawing funds as part of a money laundering scheme. Jililo complies with all applicable AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations in the Philippines.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any software, script, or automated tool to interact with jililo's platform in a way that is not through normal human browser interaction.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and wagered on jililo. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued legally.
• Account sharing or sale: Allowing another person to use your jililo account, or selling, transferring, or purchasing a jililo account.
• VPN or proxy use: Accessing jililo from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any anonymising technology.

Jililo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Player request for self-exclusion under jililo's Responsible Gaming programme.

When an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, jililo reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawals, void any bonus balance, and retain real money funds pending investigation. Legitimate real money balances will be returned to the player following the completion of a satisfactory investigation, unless required to be withheld by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their jililo account should contact customer support. Real money balances will be paid out to the registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

Jililo collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the applicable data protection laws of the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By registering on jililo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

Jililo does not sell player data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers strictly for the purposes of delivering jililo's services — such as payment processing, identity verification, and game provision. All third-party data processors are bound by confidentiality obligations.

All content on jililo.best — including but not limited to the jililo brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text content, software, odds data, game interfaces, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of jililo or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use jililo for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish any content from jililo without prior written consent.
• Use jililo's brand name or logo in any context without authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from jililo's platform.
• Create derivative works based on jililo's content or game interfaces.

Unauthorised use of jililo's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jililo shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from the use of jililo's services.
• Technical failures, interruptions, errors, or service unavailability beyond jililo's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, power failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss or damage caused by a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or internet service providers.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use jililo's services.

Jililo's total liability to any individual player in any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Jililo is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. All registered players have access to the following tools at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you deposit into your jililo wallet.
• Loss limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time alerts: Receive reminders about how long you've been playing.
• Cooling-off period: Take a temporary break from jililo's services for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from jililo for a minimum period, during which your account will be closed and you will not be able to re-register.

Players must be 21 years of age or older to use jililo. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income.

Jililo reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, jililo will notify registered players through their registered email address or mobile number with at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Continued use of jililo's services after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using jililo and may request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of jililo shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, casino game outcome, or any other account matter, the following process applies:

1. Contact jililo support first. Most disputes can be resolved quickly by our customer support team. Provide your account details, the specific bet or transaction in question, and a clear description of the issue.
2. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction at the support level, you may submit a formal written complaint to jililo's customer relations team at support@jililo.best.
3. Jililo will investigate formal complaints and provide a written response within 14 business days.
4. If the dispute remains unresolved after jililo's formal complaint process, the parties may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
